these were christmas gifts to mulitple people I would like a replacement asap so that I dont have to go out and buy mnore gifts plus the 230 dollars in limbo that i spent

I spoke with Aspen on the phone and we scheduled a call for Friday at 2:30 and she never called me back. These oils were christmas gifts and would like them replaced and mailed asap so that I can still give them as gifts.

I spent over 200 dollars and I dont think I should have to rinse off shaved glass. I would like the whole kit repaced please and thanks. i am very disappointed that noone called me back or responded to my emails and call.
Also I have sent these photo muliple times and I am not good with computers becasue of my eyesight.

I am not going to try and do this again. Please call me asap 513505****

I feel doTerra is trying a bait and switch with their Bogo products.

The customer service agent was wonderful. Very kind very understanding offered to put in a ticket for me but hes not in charge.

I wanted to get the immortelle Bogo (as well as a few others) and it has been removed from the website. Where as the others that are sold out simply say, sold out. I feel that doTERRA is trying to hide the fact that they put something fabulous out there and purposely did not have enough for the customers that would want it in the hopes they would say oh well, and buy some thing else. I think they put it out there in bad faith, something that is extremely frowned upon.

Should the Bogo become available again during this week, I would like the opportunity to buy it with the rest of my orders.

Best advertised bogo sold out very quickly

They advertised the immortelle Bogo. Today it was missing off the website while all the other sold out items simply said sold out. I spoke with a very kind, nice customer service rep who is not in charge and requested he put in a ticket for me. I personally felt the Bogo was put out there in bad faith to draw in numerous customers in the hopes they would order some thing else and perhaps, if they took it off the website, people wouldnt notice. The Bogo is lasting all week yet many offered products are disappearing within hours instead of days?

User's recommendation: Fabulous product. However, beware of the phrase “while supplies last“. That means they can advertise to 10,000 customers and have a 100 available. I tried to find out how many they had available, but the rep had no idea.

My order has not arrived

I make a monthly order on LRP It says the order has gone through but I have had no email confirmation or delivery. No charge has been made but on my account it says that the next order is March so it must have done Februarys. I ordered grapefruit and rosemary. I dont want to lose my privileges with doterra so would like to know whats happened please.

Be advised!!! Signed up for this as I use essential oils, liked the quality of duTerras. However it was not until the 11th hour that I came to realise their peculiar practice ie: your order becomes default and remains in your basket (a little like your favourites) and one must diarise a date every month to clear/change that basket otherwise its shipped and charged again and again!! which is exactly what has just happened to me which I am furious about as I did change the basket although it seems those changed did not save. How does this work if a person is unwell or dies?? This is a crazy practice and means no matter what I have to get to that basket. Is it legal to behave like this?? I go to customers every day, all have different websites never have I seen this behaviour, its like entrapped. duTerra are expensive lets be clear, so to just continue taking money regardless is outrageous. Its a shame they operate like this as I would of been a good and regular customer... as it stands I want nothing more to do with them. Kind regards Maxine

So sorry you've had a bad experience. The person who introduced you to the company should have explained you the ordering process.

I am a long time customer of doTerra, so I can help you understand how it works. You can do a one time order anytime you want, your cart will not be saved and your credit card will not be charged the next month. But there is an option to buy something monthly, that's where you set up a monthly template, that you can change up to the shipment date.

The second method gives you lots of perks, but it is totally optional and you don't have to sign up for it. I hope this helps and you love your oils.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/donectar/ I have found lately that the Group Admin in this DO Terra Romanian secret group invites people to not engage with modern medicine at all, and she stops comments if someone interferes with a rational comment regarding medicine. I quote some translated aberant words & attach photos "possible diagnostics: HPV infection , a fictive virus ". Also she had stated in the past that, appendicitis & diabetes don't exist and all sorts of statements as she is a medicine GURU with Do Terra products in Romania. If this is the sort of information which is allowed to be shared on Do Terra's behalf, I am terribly sorry to state that herbalist practices and ayurvedic ancient knowledge has been brought to mockery by this company and its sellers.

My friend was told he would earn points for every order he placed. Since 2017 he has been on automatic .

He used points once and recently decided to stop. We called to spend his accrued points and he only had 40 WHAT wait, he was told he would be earning 30% because of the time he had been purchasing them. He works full time and has rental property making it difficult for him to call. They are not available on sundays.

I called and was told we could three way and give me permission to discuss on his behalf. He called them and he was sent 3 documents to sign fill out. And send.

Ridiculous to have to go through such lengths to end something that you’ve been involved with for three years. one woman I spoke with said they would discuss it and come to a solution however when he called they just sent more papers.

I don't think that it is fair to only have negative stuff, which "pissed customer" infers, so I am going to talk about a positive experience I had with DoTERRA customer service. I was told by a makeup artist that I have oily skin and therefore have to have a skin care product made specifically for oily skin. I went ahead and tried the doTERRA HD Clear Foaming Face Wash. https://www.doterra.com/US/en/p/personal-care-hd-clear-foaming-face-wash The problem is I also have rosacia/sensitive skin, and this product (though natural) set my face on FIRE. It was very hot and red (though nothing crazy like peeling or blistering). It was just too much for my very sensitive skin. I contacted customer service shortly after my skin calmed down, and they were terrific! They asked me all of the details about how the product was used and what my reaction was. They documented my skin's reaction and watch for a pattern, should additional product problems be reported. They sent me a shipping label for a free return of the product, and refunded my credit card immediately upon the receipt of the product (5 days later). The customer service representative listened carefully, never interrupted, let me say what I needed and never rushed me. It was a really good experience overall.

Update: doTERRA SUCKS. I ended up having to quit, and therefore to forfeit all Wellness Advocate benefits, in order to move from the people - Dave Goldberg and Polina Marian - who ripped me off. doTERRA's administrative representatives are as sleazy as my upline...

a fake BOGO - and then doTERRA management covered up for them (by sending to me the promised items) and are now making it impossible for me to change lines with my small team. They are forcing me to choose between staying with Diamond-level abusers or giving up the income from my team.
They talk of not being able to violate policy while defending lying and cheating doTERRA "family" members.
They are unapologetic.
How can this be acceptable business behavior?
They SUCK. They care about nothing but profits.
I'll be buying my oils elsewhere from now on, and trying to spread the word as wide as possible: do not give any money to this selfish company. Do not believe their hype. They SUCK.

I love Revive oils. It's amazing how many people are dropping Young Living and Doterra and going with them.

It's funny watching all ththe reps go on their Facebook posts and try to bash them. There is literally NO difference and they have all testing on their site, free shipping and free return shipping if you don't like it.

One of the best companies out there. Them and Plant Therapy are my two favorites now.

That is horrible :( How can they take your points away that YOU earned from ordering? I'm with young living and have an amazing support system altho there are some who only care about money which those are the type of people to leave you high and dry with 0 support which is super fustrating.

Hi ... I agree 100%.

Since I bought my starter kit in October 2018, I have placed 10 orders. I have had issues with 8 of the 10 orders. Serious issues - not just shipping delays! My Consultant really couldn't care less.

She pretends that she does, but the grim reality, is that she really does not care. Today was the final straw. I am not getting any PV for the items I ordered in November.

That's fine, I'm sure someone else will take my money. I think the product is great, but the Customer Service SUCKS!

Most excellent customer service

no complaints. Every issue I had with them they were able to resolve. I had a leaking bottle and they replaced it free and I didn't have to send the leaking bottle in. I had incorrectly ordered items and spent upwards of 1,000 on a Standard Order thusly missing out on many LRP points I could have been accruing. They generously gave me 80 points for my trouble. I think if someone has a complaint, they need to go directly to customer service and not to a website and complain. Customer service is excellent and I know that when they were newer they had a few customer service reps who were new and they had to get a little more education. I think they are top shelf now!
